This is a piece you will have to call about to make sure we have access to some of this wood. It is not easy to come by poplar with this sort of color all the way across the boards. These tables are typically made of 2 super wide boards, both cut out of the same tree. What you see here is just clear coated. No stain at all. This is just the natural beauty of the wood and every single top of each table will be unique in its own color pattern. Shown here on a craftsman base, it is spectacular. But it is ordered with our metal, industrial lathe legs frequently. Sometimes you are relegated to certain lengths in this style table. Again, please call to inquire.
